Negotiations between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, and EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell began on Friday in Kyiv, Report informs, citing the website of the Ukrainian president.
According to the office of the Ukrainian president, the talks will be held in a narrow circle, then the head of state and EU representatives will make statements for Ukrainian and foreign media.
Earlier, Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal said that von der Leyen, Borrell, and head of the Slovak Cabinet Eduard Heger visited the city of Bucha.
