US State Secretary sees no positive developments in talks between Russia, Ukraine

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said he sees no positive developments in the talks between Russia and Ukraine, Report informs with reference to Interfax.

"It's up to the Ukrainian partners to decide whether there are any changes or progress... if Ukraine has come to the conclusion that there is progress, then that's good," Blinken said during a press conference with Moroccan Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita.

The head of the State Department also said that Washington is ready, if necessary, to take part in the implementation of the agreements between Moscow and Kyiv on the security of Ukraine.

"If there is some result, and our support for Ukraine can be part of this result, including support for its security and defense, then, of course, we want to strive for this," Blinken said.
