US soon to announce sanctions against Russia

In the coming hours, the United States will announce new sanctions against Russia for recognizing the "DPR" and "LPR," Deputy National Security Advisor for the Biden Administration Jon Finer told MSNBC, Report informs, citing TASS.
"You will see significant steps towards sanctions against the Russian Federation in the coming hours," he said.
On February 21, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the recognition of the sovereignty of the "Donetsk and Luhansk people's republics".
