US offers Ukraine new minerals deal — Zelenskyy

The United States has offered Ukraine a major new deal on the development of mineral resources, Volodymyr Zelenskyy told journalists, Report informs via TASS.

"Regarding the new deal. This is a big deal, this is the vision of the US side, which is different from before. This will be a framework agreement, and as you remember, after the framework agreement a full agreement will be developed. Now the US side has offered our side a big deal all at once: that is their vision. I do not have the details yet. I have asked to study it and we will see it before sending it to the parliament for ratification," he said.
