US commercial oil reserves fell by 4.5 million barrels during the week, reaching 424.5 million barrels as of August 28, according to the Department of Energy, Report informs.
The current reserve volume is reported to be 1% higher than the five‑year average for this period.
As of 22:40 (GMT+4), trading data from London's ICE exchange showed Brent crude futures for November 2026 delivery rising by 0.76% to $95.37 per barrel.
Meanwhile, WTI crude October futures rose 0.6% to $90.76 per barrel.
