Ukraine's Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal is expected to lead the Ministry of Defense in the new Cabinet, a source told RBC-Ukraine, Report informs.
According to the source, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has already made the decision. The new Head of Government is set to be Yulia Svyrydenko, Ukraine's First Deputy Prime Minister.
Meanwhile, the current Prime Minister, Denys Shmyhal, may become Minister of Defense in the new Cabinet. He would replace Rustem Umerov, who is expected to be appointed Ukraine's Ambassador to the United States.
