UK's new PM Andy Burnham to unveil 10-year development plan

New UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham said he intends to present a 10-year development plan for the country later this year, Report informs via Sky News.
Speaking on Monday, his first day in office, Burnham told Sky News that his government would begin announcing measures to reduce the cost of living from Tuesday, along with details on how those initiatives will be funded.
"I can do something to give people some breathing space now, some help with the cost of living. And I will set out some of those measures starting tomorrow, including how we pay for them," he said in an address to the nation.
