Türkiye expects constructive dialogue between Russia, Ukraine

Türkiye expects that the results of the 3rd round of talks between Russia and Ukraine will be constructive and that dialogue will continue, according to the Turkish Presidency, Report informs.

"I would like to remind you of the President's (Erdogan - ed.) statement that there will be no losing side in the peace process. What do we hope for? A ceasefire and peace in the region... I think the whole world is waiting for this," representatives of the Turkish leader stated.

It was noted that the Turkish side is also ready to ensure the security of bilateral talks.

Previously, two rounds of direct talks between Russia and Ukraine were held in Istanbul. Those meetings resulted in the exchange of prisoners. Additionally, the parties exchanged draft memorandums on the resolution of the conflict.
