Turkish ambassador to Malta passes away

Türkiye's Ambassador to Malta Erdeniz Şen has passed away, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Tourism of Malta Ian Borg said on X, Report informs.

"I am deeply saddened by the passing of the Ambassador of Türkiye to Malta H.E. Erdeniz Şen. His dedication to diplomacy and service to his country will be remembered with respect. My heartfelt condolences to his family, colleagues Turkish Embassy in Malta, and the people of Türkiye," Borg wrote on X.
