Terrorist attack prevented in St. Petersburg

A powerful explosive device was found in the territory of a metallurgical plant in St. Petersburg, Russia, Report informs, citing Telegram channel 112.
A hand-triggered explosive weighing more than 1.5 kg was found under the snow near one of the warehouses of the Vsevolozhsk Aluminum Alloy Plant.
People were evacuated. It is not yet clear who planted the explosive device.
