Telegram Founder Durov allowed to leave France

Telegram founder Pavel Durov has been allowed to leave France, where he is charged with multiple infractions linked to enabling organized crime, a source familiar with the case told AFP on March 15, Report informs.
"He departed France this morning," the source told AFP, adding Durov had left with the authorities' permission.
According to another source, an investigating judge had authorized him to leave France for "several weeks."
