Syrian leader signs constitution allowing him to appoint Constitutional Court members

The Syrian President will be granted the right to appoint members of the Constitutional Court and declare a state of emergency in the country, according to a constitutional declaration signed by the interim President of Syria, Ahmed al-Sharaa, Report informs via Syria TV.

The document declared the independence of the Syrian judicial system.
