Suspect in murder of 2 Swedes in Brussels neutralized in Belgium

A man suspected of committing an armed attack in Brussels has been injured during arrest in the Belgian commune of Schaerbeek, Report informs referring to RTBF TV channel.

“According to our information, the police neutralized the person during the arrest. This can be the suspect in the terrorist attack on Monday evening, Abdelsalem L.”, the journalists claim.

He was wounded in the chest and hospitalized.

According to the TV channel, the Ministry of Internal Affairs confirmed the fact of his neutralization, but noted that the man’s identity has not yet been officially established.
