Some progress was made on Sweden's bid to join NATO, Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg told journalists ahead of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Report informs.
Stoltenberg said that Sweden has already fulfilled all the promises it made at the Madrid summit last year: "However, I am not sure that Sweden will be able to become a full member of the Alliance at the summit to be held in Vilnius. We must understand that Türkiye has certain security issues."
