Russian strikes kill four, injure 16 across Ukraine

Russian forces launched attacks on Ukraine's Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk and Chernihiv regions, killing four people and injuring 16 others, according to Ukrainian media.

Regional military administrations said Russian troops carried out strikes over the past 24 hours using multiple-launch rocket systems, missiles, guided aerial bombs and various types of drones.

Kharkiv Regional Military Administration head Oleh Syniehubov said the city of Kharkiv and 18 other settlements in the region came under attack. The strikes killed two people and left 15 others injured.

In Chernihiv, a Russian drone struck an administrative building, according to the city council. The attack partially destroyed structural elements of the building and sparked a fire. One person was reported injured.

Meanwhile, Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration head Oleksandr Hanzha said Russian drones targeted two districts in the region. The attacks killed two people and caused damage to civilian infrastructure.
