Russian strike hits Odesa high-rise, 17 injured

A Russian attack on a 21‑story residential building in Odesa overnight injured 17 people, including three children, Serhii Lysak, Head of the Odesa City Military Administration, announced on Telegram, Report informs.
Lysak stated that the strike damaged apartments between the 10th and 17th floors, as well as cars parked nearby.
Emergency and municipal services are working at the scene, recording damage and clearing the aftermath of the strike.
Operational headquarters have been set up to provide residents with necessary assistance and consultations.
