In the current situation, political dialogue with NATO is impossible, Nikolay Kobrinets, Director of the Department of the European Cooperation of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Report informs, citing TASS.
"It is pointless to talk about the restoration of contacts. All the cooperation established over the past years has long since disappeared," he said.
He showed reasons for this, such as the expulsion of Russian diplomats from Brussels in recent years, the strengthening of the Alliance's eastern borders, and the military assistance of NATO member states to Ukraine.
