Putin vows fair punishment for all those responsible for Crocus terrorist attack

All the perpetrators, organizers and instigators of the terrorist attack at Crocus will be brought to justice, Russian President Vladimir Putin said as he addressed the Russian citizens, according to Report.

He emphasized that the criminals killed people cold-bloodedly: "The criminals went out to kill in cold blood, to shoot Russians at point-blank range, just as the Nazis once did."

Putin said that the Russian side "will identify and punish everyone."
