President of Kazakhstan to attend UN conference in Turkmenistan

President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev will pay a working visit to Turkmenistan on August 5, Report informs, citing the office of the Kazakh president.
Tokayev will participate in the Third United Nations Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries. The forum will be held in the Turkmen resort town of Avaza.
It is expected that during the conference, issues of regional cooperation, sustainable development, and transport connectivity for states without direct access to the sea will be discussed.
