The national police of Spain have detained one of the most wanted criminals in Europe, Report informs via TASS.
According to the law enforcement agencies of the kingdom, the 37-year-old fugitive was detained in the province of Toledo (Autonomous Community of Castilla–La Mancha). He has been wanted since 2014. The criminal had an arrest warrant on suspicion of torture, kidnapping, illegal possession of weapons, threats and other crimes.
As noted by the police, the man was part of "one of the most active criminal organizations of the last decades in Spain."
