New Zealand has announced new sanctions against 19 Russians, including head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov, the country's foreign ministry said in a statement, Report informs, citing TASS.
"Ukraine has been clear that the most important action we can take to help them are our ongoing sanctions and supporting them through the conflict, as we continue to do," country's Foreign Minister Nanaia Mahuta said.
Along with Kadyrov, sanctions have been imposed against several federal ministers, non-permanent members of the Security Council, as well as the relatives of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
