NATO and Ukraine have adopted a cooperation program for 2024, which includes energy security and training of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Alliance Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said at a press conference following a meeting of the Ukraine-NATO Council at the level of foreign ministers, Report informs referring to TASS.
The parties signed an extensive cooperation program for 2024, which includes cooperation on energy security, innovation and increasing the compatibility of Ukrainian and NATO forces, Stoltenberg noted.
He added that the parties discussed the reforms that Kyiv should carry out to get closer to the alliance, including reform of the military procurement system and reform of the intelligence services.
Following the meeting, a short statement was distributed, which listed areas of cooperation between Ukraine and NATO for the future, but there were no practical solutions related to providing military assistance to Ukraine.
