UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres will visit Japan, Spokesperson for the Secretary-General Stephane Dujarric told journalists, Report informs.
He noted that Guterres will take part in the Tokyo International Conference on African Development, which will be held on August 20-22, and will visit the world exhibition.
As part of the visit, the Secretary-General will meet with Japanese Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba, and will also visit the former capital of the country, Kyoto.
