The NATO countries intend to increase pressure and impose new sanctions on Russia, Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said, Report informs.
“We have not yet observed any changes in the readiness of the Russian nuclear forces. But we are carefully following the situation. NATO countries are actively negotiating with military-industrial enterprises to increase the supply of arms to themselves and Kyiv,” he added.
The Secretary-General emphasized that the results of the negotiations for Ukraine will depend on its success on the battlefield: "NATO does not aspire to conflict with Russia. We will not resort to careless nuclear rhetoric."
