The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro, Ranko Krivokapić, called it an honor that he is banned from entering Russia along with the leadership of NATO allies, such as the United States, the UK and Canada, Report informs.
"I am honored to be in the company of my dear allies and friends - US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, UK PM Liz Truss, Canada's FM Mélanie Joly and others from the NATO Alliance," Krivokapić tweeted.
"I remain to be a friend to the Russian people more than those who push and support them into the shameful aggression on Ukraine," he added.
