Media: Attempts made to remove Macron from Renaissance party he founded

Former French Prime Minister and Secretary General of the Renaissance Party, Gabriel Attal, is reportedly attempting to remove French President Emmanuel Macron from the party, according to Le Figaro newspaper, Report informs via Russian media.

The newspaper highlighted that Macron's has been founded the mentioned party.

Several loyal supporters of Macron suspect Attal's involvement in some incriminating details published in Le Monde and accuse him of trying to diminish the president's influence in the party he founded and serves as honorary chairman, the publication stated.

The newspaper specifically noted that the invitation text on the Renaissance Party's X social media had been changed to Emmanuel Macron's call to join the party for the revival of France and Europe: Join us for the revival of France and Europe.
