Kyrgyzstan gets new foreign minister

President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov signed a decree on Friday appointing Jeenbek Kulubayev as the country’s next foreign minister, Report informs citing TASS that the presidential press service said.
"President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov signed a decree according to which Kulubayev was appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, and he was released from his previously assigned duties," the report says.
