Kyiv intends to study Russia's settlement memorandum

Kyiv will study Russia's settlement memorandum and respond to the provisions indicated there, according to the spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Heorhii Tykhyi, Report informs via Ukrainian media.

He made the remark at a press conference on the results of the Russia-Ukraine talks held in Istanbul.

"As for Russia's document, we first need to familiarize ourselves with it and evaluate it. Rest assured, we will share our attitude towards this document," Tykhyi said.

The head of the Ukrainian delegation, Defense Minister Rustem Umerov, stated that the Ukrainian delegation will have one week to familiarize itself with Russia's memorandum.
