Josep Borrell: Europe should prepare for potential war

The corresponding statement was made during a speech at a conference in Brussels.

The possibility of a high-intensity war in Europe is "no longer a fantasy," so defense and military policy should become the "heart of European politics," the European diplomat is sure.
