Israel not in talks to resolve situation with Iran

Israel is not engaged in any negotiations to ease tensions with Iran at the moment, Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz said, Report informs via Interfax.
"There are no negotiations underway, and we will not allow harm to come to Israeli civilians," Katz said.
When asked whether the United States would join Israel's military campaign against Iran, Katz called the USA a "great friend" that helps Israel protect itself from Iranian attacks.
"The decisions made by the President of the USA are their own, and we will respect any decision they make, while being grateful for their support," the minister added.
