We must strive for a peace that is fair to both sides - both Israel and Palestine, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said at the international peace summit on the Palestine-Israel issue with the participation of more than 30 countries and several international and regional organizations in Cairo, the capital of Egypt, Report informs.
He said that everyone should make efforts for this: "The time for such peace has come."
According to Fidan, tension in the region can also affect international security: "Sending humanitarian aid to Gaza can be an opportunity for peace. Thus, it will also contribute to international stability. Probably everyone wants peace. But it is necessary not only to want but also to act, to take steps."
