Germany temporarily closes consulate in Almaty

Germany has suspended the work of its consulate in Almaty, Kazakhstan, Report informs, citing the German Federal Foreign Office.
Germany also recommends that its citizens refrain from travelling to Kazakhstan due to the ongoing unrest in the Central Asian country.
