Germany sees record number of COVID cases

Germany has registered more than 236,000 cases of coronavirus infections over the past day, the highest figure since the beginning of the pandemic, Report informs referring to RIA Novosti.
Over the past day, 236,120 people have become infected with coronavirus, and 164 COVID patients have died.
The previous anti-record was set in mid-January when Germany saw more than 92,000 COVID cases.
