Germany is allocating 150 million euros to Ukraine for the development of green energy and is ready to give another tranche of 1 billion euros after the successful implementation of the first tranche, Rostyslav Shurma, deputy head of the Ukrainian Presidential Office, said in an interview with RBC-Ukraine,
“Germany is ready to offer a number of programs. It has already offered funding for green transformation programs. For the first 150 million euros that they allocate, Ukrgasbank will be a partner. If we successfully launch this program, the second tranche of 1 billion euros is ready, which will be allocated after we successfully and transparently manage to administer the first 150 million euros,” he said.
