French officials have raised the national alert score to its maximum level following a knife attack in Arras that killed a teacher and wounded several others.
Report informs via foreign media that French President Emmanuel Macron visited the crime scene, where he called for national unity and said that school security throughout the republic would be maintained at the highest level. He also supported the director's decision to open the school as soon as possible so as not to "give in to terror."
