French Central Bank printing house on fire, victims reported

In the French commune of Chamalières, located 350 km south of Paris, a printing house of the Central Bank has caught fire, Le Parisien reports with reference to the local fire and rescue service, Report informs.
The fire has been blazing for over 10 hours. As a result of the fire, 24 people were slightly injured. Residents of houses adjacent to the enterprise were asked to remain inside. In addition, Boulevard Duclaux was closed due to the fire.
Journalists note that the printing house in Chamalières produces a fifth of the banknotes of the European Union. In 2017, the number of its staff was about 700.
