FM: Hungary won’t approve new package of sanctions against Russia if it affects oil and gas sectors

Hungary won’t approve the adoption of the 12th package of anti-Russian sanctions of the EU if it includes the gas, oil and nuclear industries, Hungarian Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó said, Report informs referring to Russian media.
He noted that sanctions cause great harm not only to the Russian but also to the European economy. Szijjártó noted that Hungary as a whole doesn’t see the point in continuing the sanctions policy.
“The red line for us obviously concerns energy, gas, oil, nuclear energy and any other aspect that could harm our state economy,” he said.
