Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan held telephone negotiations with US Secretary of State Mark Rubio, Report informs, citing a source in the Turkish Foreign Ministry.
The source noted that the parties discussed the results of the negotiations between the delegations of Russia and Ukraine in Istanbul.
