Death toll in Philippines storm climbs to 67

The number of victims of floods and landslides caused by tropical storm Megi has risen to 67 in the Philippines.
Report informs, citing TASS, that dozens remain unaccounted for.
The natural calamity claimed 13 lives in the province of Leyte.
About 150 people have gone missing in the coastal village of Pilar after a flood of mud and earth pushed houses into the sea. Meanwhile, 48 people were killed in Baybay City, more than 100 were injured, and 27 were missing. Three more people died in the provinces of Negros Oriental and on the island of Mindanao.
On April 10, Tropical Storm Mega hit the islands of Samar, Biliran, and Leyte in the eastern Philippines.
