India and Pakistan should use all opportunities to de-escalate the conflict and find peaceful ways out of the current situation, CSTO Secretary General Imangali Tasmagambetov said at a meeting of the Council of the Parliamentary Assembly of the organization, which is taking place in Bishkek, Report informs via Kyrgyz media.
"The sharp aggravation in relations between India and Pakistan, which has led to serious armed clashes, is a cause for concern. Despite the decrease in the intensity of the confrontation recently, there is still a high potential for the conflict to escalate into a hot phase," he noted.
