SpaceX’s reusable manned spacecraft Crew Dragon has docked at the International Space Station (ISS) as part of the Axiom commercial program, Report informs referring to SpaceX.
The crew of the ship, flying under the Axiom program under an agreement with SpaceX, includes former NASA astronaut Michael Lopez-Alegria, who serves as commander, Italian pilot Walter Villadei, and mission specialists Swede Marcus Wandt and Alper Gezeravci, who became the first astronaut in history of Türkiye.
The current third Axiom mission (Ax-3) will have a crew of four on the ISS for about two weeks, during which time they will work alongside the station’s current crew. Tourists will conduct 30 scientific experiments on board.
