China warns Japan against careless security actions

China urges Japan to exercise caution in its military security statements and actions, Spokesperson of the Defense Ministry of the People's Republic of China Tan Kefei said, Report informs.

Tan Kefei stressed that Beijing urges Tokyo to exercise caution in its statements, as well as actions regarding military security. In addition, Kefei added that the Japanese side should take practical steps to return bilateral relations to the right track.

According to him, the latest edition of the Annual White Paper (annual report of the Ministry of Defense) of Japan adheres to the erroneous perception of China and "deliberately exaggerates" the Chinese military threat, escalates tension in the region, and is also a gross interference in China's internal affairs.
