China's Xi to attend BRICS summit in Russia's Kazan

China’s President Xi Jinping will attend the BRICS summit in Russia’s Kazan in October, according to Report, which cites state-run RIA news agency.

The BRICS summit is scheduled to take place on October 22-24.
