Turkiye supports NATO’s open door policy, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu told a joint press conference with his Swedish counterpart Tobias Billstrom, Report informs.
He said that his country understands the security concerns of Sweden and Finland.
Emphasizing that he appreciates some of the steps taken by these countries, Cavusoglu appraised the statements of his Swedish colleague regarding terrorist organizations.
The Turkish foreign minister also noted that the terrorists whose names have been submitted have not yet been returned to Turkiye.
