Borrell, Stoltenberg mull upcoming Russia-NATO dialogue

EU’s chief diplomat Josep Borrell has discussed with NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg the preparations for the meeting of the NATO-Russia Council, which is scheduled for January 12, according to the European External Action Service, Report informs referring to RIA Novosti.
Borrell stressed that any discussion of security in Europe must be based on commitment and responsibilities within the OSCE and the UN.
Earlier, Stoltenberg said that the alliance is ready for dialogue with Moscow in the framework of the meeting of the NATO-Russia Council, which will be held on January 12.
