Ukraine has pledged not to strike oil tankers in the Black Sea that are not linked to Russia, as well as infrastructure essential for the export of Kazakh oil, a US official has said.
According to Bloomberg, cited by Report, Kyiv will refrain from attacking infrastructure belonging to the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC), as well as vessels heading to its terminal, provided they are not linked to Russia, are not under Ukrainian sanctions and are not carrying Russian oil.
Ukraine made the commitment following talks with US officials.
