Biden doubts Putin would use nuclear weapon

The administration has discussed the US response in case of Russia's use of tactical nuclear weapons in Ukraine, President Joe Biden told CNN, Report informs.

"There have been discussions of that, but I'm not going to get into that. It would be irresponsible of me to talk about what we would or wouldn't do," Biden said.

Asked by CNN whether he thought Putin would actually use nuclear weapons, Biden said, "I don't think he will. But I think that it's irresponsible for him to talk about it."
