Biden asks Stoltenberg to remain NATO secretary-general for another year

US President Joe Biden last week asked NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg to remain in office for another year, Report informs referring to the Norwegian TV channel NRK.
Stoltenberg has not yet responded to the request of the US president.
Biden made a corresponding request to the NATO secretary general during Stoltenberg’s visit to Washington on June 12-13.
