Arabian media publish Khashoggi's last words before he died

Baku. 12 November. REPORT.AZ/ Al-Jazeera channel has published the last words of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi who was killed in Turkey.

“I’m suffocating … Take this bag off my head, I’m claustrophobic …” these are said to be Jamal Khashoggi’s last words before his horrific murder inside the Saudi consulate in Istanbul.

Khashoggi, a Saudi journalist, suffocated to death while his head was covered with a plastic bag — according to the head of investigations at the Turkish Daily Sabah newspaper.

Speaking with Al Jazeera, Nazif Karaman described the content of an audio recording that reportedly captured Mr Khashoggi’s murder.

Karaman claims the journalist’s murder lasted about seven minutes, based on the recordings.

President Erdogan claimed earlier that the Saudi kingdom knows Mr Khashoggi’s killer is among a group of 15 people who had travelled to Istanbul in the hours before his death on October 2.
