An-2 ambulance aircraft experienced a hard landing near Arkalyk city, Kazakhstan, during a snowstorm, Report informs via Kazakhstani media.
The Emergency Situations Department of Kostanay region noted that the medical aircraft, traveling from Kostanay to Arkalyk, encountered severe snowstorm conditions, causing it to make a hard landing approximately 1.5 kilometers from Arkalyk city, near the airport.
The aircraft had two pilots and two doctors on board. Fortunately, due to the quick and coordinated actions of rescuers, all individuals on board were swiftly located and transported to Arkalyk city without any injuries. The incident is currently under investigation to determine the specifics.
